Because we donโt want to kill our blood sugar with cranberry juice, try this easy, healthy hack instead!
Bring 1 bag of cranberries and 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Turn the heat to simmer for 1 hour. Drain the cranberries through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Use it in place of cranberry juice in cocktail recipes.
Holiday Cranberry Mojito (Serves 2)
Muddle: 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves Juice of 1 Lime
Add: 4 oz Cranberry Reduction 4 oz. White Rum 2 Squirts of Stevia Ice
Shake. Strain into 2 ice-filled glasses. Top with plain Sparkling Water. Stir gently.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and a lime slice if desired. Cheers to the weekend!!
