Our Take on Bulletproof Coffee

We love our morning coffee. Like, seriously love it! Our favorite way to enjoy it is with our version of Bulletproof Coffee. You can Google for the backstory on the Bulletproof brand, but this is how we make the cuppa we enjoy a couple times per week. If you don’t have these exact ingredients, experiment with what you have!

For each serving, add the following to a blender:


1 Tablespoon MCT Oil (The lowest calorie, fastest burning oil that can actually raise your metabolism)

1 Tablespoon Grass-Fed Butter (More nutritious than regular butter and tastier too!)

1 Tablespoon Grass-Fed Collagen (Protein Source great for hair, skin, joints)

1.5 teaspoons Super Sweet Blend (I like my coffee pretty sweet)

Dash of Salt

Hot Coffee (for our lovely Starbucks mugs, we fill to 1.5 cup line on our blender)


Blend until frothy and delicious!!


We drink this along with our favorite breakfast of fried eggs and sautéed zucchini (keep the carbs away from this meal loaded with delicious, healthy fats). While we could enjoy this every day, we mix things up by also using my coffee creamer for a lighter coffee when we have our oats for breakfast (keep the fats away from that meal of nutritious, healing carbs).
