Peanut Flour is packed with protein and nutrient-dense! Peanut flour has most of the fat removed leaving some delicious peanut taste!
Low-fat Peanut Spread
1/2 cup Defatted Peanut Flour (check out the links below)
1/4 tsp Mineral Salt
1/4 tsp Super Sweet Blend or Pyure
1/2 tsp MCT Oil
1 Scoop Integral Collagen (optional)
5-6 Tbls. Water
Mix everything together with 5 Tbls water. Add more if needed to get peanut butter consistency. Store in the fridge.
